As a stay-at-home-mom, I am always looking for ways to make a little extra money. Below are a couple of survey sites that I use that actually pay some decent "money." If you decide to sign up for the survey sites, I suggest creating a new e-mail that you use just for your survey purposes. This way you can keep the survey invites separate from your regular e-mail.
Opinion Outpost
This is probably my favorite opinion site. It's nicely laid out and easy to use. I qualify for at least two surveys a week and they have a low cash out option ($5 for Amazon gift cards or Paypal). I earn at least $2 per survey and often the surveys are worth more than that so it doesn't take long to make enough to cash out.

Saynation
This site has some layout weirdness, but high value surveys. You can cash out for a $20 Amazon gift card or Paypal for 22,000 points. It seems high, but surveys are usually worth around 2,000 points. It adds up quickly.

Mindfield Online
It takes a little longer for the money to add up on this survey site, but I get quite a few surveys each week. Each survey pays around $1.00-$2.00. Every little bit adds up!
